He usually waters the plants every day. In winter he sometimes doesn't need to, because the rain does it for him.

Grandpa often gives me tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden. They are always fresh and sweet.

There is one rule in Grandpa's garden: we never pick the flowers. “Flowers are for the bees,” he says.
