It is a rainy day. Ella's umbrella is wet, and she stays at home. No sun today!
Ella sits on the sofa with a book and a cup of hot cocoa. Her cat sleeps next to her. The clock on the wall says it is four.
Then Dad comes home in his car. He has a bag with two apples, three bananas and a big box of ice cream! “Ice cream on a rainy day?” Ella laughs. “Why not?” says Dad.
At night, the rain stops. Ella sees the moon and many stars in the sky.
